The Future Focus guarantee is simple. If you are not happy with the finished product, then neither are we - so there is no charge. Our invoice is not presented until the project is nearly, if not totally, completed so you can see the work. You will have the opportunity to review all the content and to make edits. Even after the pages are completed, editing without additional charge is part of the subscription. If your navigation and/or design changes, we will redo the pages without additional charge. Our guarantee is your complete satisfaction.

We share initial preliminary pages along with the examples on on web site so you have a good idea of the appearance of your finished product even before beginning the design process for your web pages. We will work with your team to make sure there are no surprises and the content and design are completely within your satisfaction.
